Jason Gorham has been CEO and Managing Director of Sharkstrike & Careermetasearch.com since it's formation in 2003. Jason has been in the staffing industry for over 10 years. His career highlights include creating a technical staffing division, owning his own technical staffing company, and working in such capacities as staffing manager, board member, and technical recruiter.
His accomplishments include design development and patent of Push Postings™ product that extracts keywords from job descriptions and automatically inserts job keywords into search engine marketing to reach passive candidates.
Other product creations consist of Rez-X™ an online resume exchange product that allows recruiters to share a resume database with other recruiters. Every resume that is uploaded recruiters get to view a resume from the database. Integration of Hireability’s resume parser alex to upload and parse resume correctly into the database.
Creation, maintenance, and ongoing development of fourteen online job blogs which allowed job seekers to post pertinent information regarding their job history to secure new employment. Ongoing search engine optimization of all sites including 14 blogs to get top placement in organic search results in search engines including number 1 placement in yahoo search engine.
Jason is an active blogger in the recruiting community (Electronic Recruiting Exchange). He is also an avid speaker including a recruitment panelist at the 2006 Kennedy Information Show and has been interviewed by Business WeekOnline, About.com, Career Journal and has been quoted in Money Magazine.
Jason earned a BS degree in criminal justice from Roger Williams University, and is currently president of the south Florida recruiters group.
