Seeking Senior Recruiter for niche staffing firm with focus on placing ERP professionals. Position offers a strong base salary commensurate with experience and monthly commissions starting at 8% of GM% and going up to 12%. Company is located in Atlanta.
Job Requirements
• 5+ years of IT recruiting experience with a focus on placing contractors.
• Experience in the ERP field (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel).
• Successful track record in recruiting.
• Experience utilizing multiple recruitment tools including internet sourcing, professional networking groups, direct sourcing, Linked In, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Stable work history and excellent references.
