Account Manager/Sales - IT Agency - Ft Lauderdale
Outstanding opportunity in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Our client, a 5 year old IT Recruiting and Consulting Firm is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. Company has an impressive track record of growth, doubling in size every year since inception. Low staff turnover and “flat” back office structure contribute to the appeal of the company.
The ideal candidate will be a market leader who is polished, articulate and has a stable work history. He/she will have a strong history of full sales lifecycle experience closing strong margin IT consulting and staff augmentation deals in a high volume environment with consistent track record of exceeding quota. Strong understanding of Microsoft Web Services technologies is required. Startup or new territory experience is preferred. Experience selling to C level decision makers is strongly preferred. Account Manager will be responsible for sales to mid market through Fortune 1000 companies in the Miami to West Palm/Tri-County area.
Position offers a base salary of $45-55K depending on experience. Candidates with strong experience will be considered for a higher base. Total expected income in year one at target should be around $150K. Monthly commissions are 10% of gross margin dollars on contract/consulting business sold and 15% of fees generated for perm placements.
