“Our current search includes searching resumes in Google, sourcing profiles in LinkedIn and Twitter search. By utilizing our technology, recruiters will be able to source all profiles on LinkedIn, instead of just seeing people in their own network, and two to three degree’s outside of their network.” Recruiters can also create folders/keyword campaigns so that they can save keywords for future resume searches instead of having to bookmark them within their browser. We plan on expanding our resume searching and profile searching to include other sites such as Facebook, and other search engines including Yahoo and MSN, in the near future said Gorham.

We will then assign a user login and password for the user to login and start using the tool. The only cost to the recruiter is if they choose to attend our training seminar or request help while utilizing the sourcing tool.
