Capturing The Passive Candidate Step 1

Having to capture the elusive passive job seeker takes a little more work than the average active candidate. You are trying to lure a player from another team and get them traded to your team. However doing this takes some coddling, massaging and some time spent versus an active candidate. See you engaged them, they didn’t seek you out and they don’t have a reason to seek you out because they are happily employed.
