Vayan Marketing Group Joins CareerMetaSearch.com
I had the opportunity to meet with the HR manager from Vayan Marketing Group at a local EMA meeting about two weeks ago. I was standing inline waiting to get my token food from the buffet and a woman turns around and says to me your familiar to me. So I played along and said okay, I have been recruiting down here for years, or was it the cover of GQ you saw me on.... She said no your name I know your name, so I then said oh I blog on ere and she said that's it I've read your blogs. This caught me off guard as no one ever tells me they read my blogs let alone recognize my name so that was interesting in itself.
So as a result of the meeting and my introduction to CareerMetaSearch.com she came on the site created a new account and posted a job which she then purchased our Push Posting. I called and thanked her for the purchase and she stated to me which I typically state to other new customers, “well for $295.00 dollars it much better technology and it’s a lot cheaper than monster.” I was blown away for once a customer that understood our technology and the price.
